**Today’s Progress**: I was able to finish my C# course in http://SOLOLEARN.com **Thoughts**: I’m still having a difficult time understanding some of the concepts of C# but I still need to review all of the lessons.

**Today’s Progress**: I took up a mySQL course in SOLOLEARN. I also watched a video tutorial on how to use github forks. I’m currently trying to understand the script of a login form and created a pen in codepen to try it out.

Today’s Progress: I’ve joined JavaScript30 and finished watching a motivational video about self-taught programmingWorking on my SQL course and dwnloaded 3 lessons from JavaScript30. Thoughts: Not feeling too well, had to stop coding for 2 days.

June 3, 2018 Finishing tutorial on how to use GameMaker shooting game.
Day 12: June 4, 2018 Today’s Progress: Able to make a title page for the first shooting game made in GameMaker. Thoughts: Feeling excited to make my own sprites, characters, rooms, and bring to life a storyline that I want to transform into a game.
Day 13: June 6, 2018 Today’s Progress Added spawnrate of enemies in GameMaker shooting game. Thoughts: Did some debugging of error why the alarm 0 was not working, finally found where the error is from. I’ll start improvising in the next levels of this tutorial.

Day 16: June 10, 2018 Progress: Learned how to use NPM package and compile SCSS in my local cmd prompt. Also was able to apply using the live-server to automatically update the browser through an http call. Lking frward for the nxt lssns of JonasinUDEMYCSScourse

Day 19: June 14, 2018 Learned how to create a card with an ability to flip and use the skew property in CSS. Thoughts: Having problems on how to include icons through the http://linea.io some of it are not working in my work.
Day 20: June 16, 2018 **Today’s Progress**: Learned how to implement a video background in CSS. **Thoughts**: Finally finished the @jonasschmedtman story section from my advance CSS course. This is a really great course highly recommended.
Day 21: June 17, 2018 **Today’s Progress**: Today I learned how to use the checkbox hack in css and applied it in my navigation link. **Thoughts**: Continuing my Advance CSS and SASS course.
Day 22: June 23, 2018 **Today’s Progress**: Applying responsive design to the grid system. **Thoughts**: Wasn’t able to code for 5 days, still working on my advance CSS course while flooding of the house is happening due to the river rising. **Link(s) to work**:
Day 23: June 30, 2018 Today’s Progress: Applying responsive design and currently working on the different sections of the page. Havent been able to code for a week, just did a little coding today and still working on @jonasschmedtman Advance CSS and SASS Course.
Day 24: July 5, 2018 **Today’s Progress**: Able to apply media querry with the card section and form section of my UDEMY course advance CSS and SASS. too tired from travelling from work and a lot of paper work checking papers.

October 15, 2018 #R1D1#100DaysOfCode restarted my front-end development course in Udemy to recall and practice. Trying to go back to coding. Applied aspect ratio to my header today and recalled how to use the universal selector 🙂
November 1 #R2D2#100DaysOfCode Finish my work, Re-readihg and watching the details of the #100daysofcodechallenge really need a kickstart been busy with work. I’ll target to finish the header section lesson and really get to get the same output from the UDEMY course.
#100daysofcode taking time to read through frequently asked questions so I should create my own project so I’ll be working on to creating my photography website. Very good tip here: sit down, open your laptop, launch your coding editor, and start typing.

Day 9: November 9, 2018 Today’s Progress: Partially completed my Tribute page, re-learned how to use Github for linking images to codepen. Thoughts: Going to apply some basic animation to my Tribute Page. and apply some additional design.

Day 16: Nov. 17, 2018 Progress: Accomplish applying responsive font in my Survey Challenge and started my FCC landing page, reviewed how to make an animated button. Thoughts:I was able to work on positioning,still reviewing its concepts no media queries yet.
Day 17: Nov. 18, 2018 Today’s Progress: Applied pseudo after element to button, accomplished animating the button. Studied some Front end concepts for design. Thoughts: Was able to further understand the use of the pseudo ::after element.

Nov. 19, 2018 Today’s Progress: Applied the “BEM” model in my mark-up and the use of REM units. Working on my navigation links. Thoughts: Learned how to use REM units over pixels for better responsive designs. Also reviewed lessons about NPM scripts.

Nov. 20, 2018 Progress: Reviewed lessons in UDEMY course on how to use mixins, functions, and extends in SASS by @jonasschmedtman. Thoughts: Installed node.js in my laptop for SASS application in my projects. Going to recreate my project in Codepen.
Day 20: Nov 21, 2018 Progress: Used node-sass and installed live-server for using sass a development environment.Thoughts: encountering problems with my compiled scss to css, explored how to change the default browser in windows through default prog. in cp.

Day 24: Nov 25, 2018 Progress: Still looking for the reason why my scss code is not automatically compiling in the command line and not saving to my css file. Continued studyng the grid layouts. Thoughts: Wondering if it is bad to delete this package.lock.json?

Nov. 26, 2018 Today’s Progress: Working on the about section today. Thoughts: Been experimenting, I found out that my page would work and compile sass, every time I save my main.scss file that contains the @import code.
Day 26: Nov. 27, 2018 Continued with the about section, reviewed how to define utility code in css through SASS. Thanks to a friend, I learned that i was doing the #100daysofcode tag Round wrong. I should be using #R1D26 not #R25D25. Going to correct it now 😉
Day 27: #R1D27 Nov. 28, 2018 Still working with my about page, applied what I’ve learned in my UDEMY online course of @jonasschmedtman for the layout of the description and animated button. Going to review this again to retain the information.

#R1D28: Nov. 29, 2018 Today’s Progress: Added pictures in my about page, working on responsive images. Thoughts: Wasn’t able to code that much reviewed how to apply hover animation to images and re-positioning them.
Day 29: December 1, 2018 Progress: Currently working on the feature card section of my landing page. Thoughts: Wasn’t able to code yesterday due to work.
Day 30: December 2, 2018 Progress: Still working on the product and features section. Thoughts: Having problems with the grid layout.
Day 31: December 5, 2018 Progress: Still stuck with the problem of aligning the feature boxes. Studied github pages. Thoughts: Wasn’t able to code for 2 days due to other commitments. Still looking for a solution to aligning my boxes.
Day 32: December 7, 2018 Progress: Was able to find how to arrange the cards in my feature grid section today. Thoughts: found the problem with the computation in the Grid system column layout.

December 8, 2018 Progress: Included a background picture in my feature section, also read about git branching. Thoughts: So many things to learn so little time.

December 9, 2018 Progress: Working on the Project portfolio section, applied what i’ve learned from UDEMY animaton cards. Thoughts: Retention of the concepts is still my greatest challenge.
Day 35: Dec 15, 2018 Progress: Still working on the portfolio section, applied what I’ve learned from @Jonasschmedtmann animation cards. Thoughts: Haven’t been able to code for a while, but did some research about cyber security topics.
Day 36: December 16, 2018 Progress: Finished my portfolio section for the Freecodecamp Landing page challenge.
Day 37:
December 17, 2018 Progress: Started working on the customer story section and applied what I’ve learned from @JonasSchmedtman. Going to work on how to upload my project in github pages so that it can be viewable.
Day 38: December 18, 2018 Progress: Did not do any coding today, just did some tutorials in SOLOLEARN for PYTHON.
Day 39: December 21, 2018 Progress: Still working on the story section, reviewed lessons on how to use the CSS filter property.
Day 40: December 24, 2018 Progress: Reviewed how to insert video to a section of my story page, used object-fit property and remembered how to use the overflow property. Found solution to the problem of distance from my story and sample section.
Day 41: December 25, 2018 Progress: Started my reservation section and reviewed how to use the solid color gradient for design of cliping a part of a form. Had a family celebration today so very short time alotted for coding have a Merry Christmas to all coders.

December 27, 2018 Progress: Reviewed how to create a form and applied the adjacent sibling selector and invalid pseudo class in my reservation section form.
Day 43: December 28, 2018 Progress: Reviewed how to make use of radio buttons and applied it in my reservation section. Still working on the submit button.
Day 44: December 29, 2018 Progress: Started with my footer section and still troubleshooting the issue with the send button in my reservation section. Did some laptop computer repair services today for extra side income and wasn’t able to code that much.
Day 45: December 30, 2018 Progress: Reviewed how to make an animated navigation bar from my UDEMY course, I was able to accomplish finishing the footer section of the page.

Day 46: January 1, 2019 Progress: Still working on the navigation link, applying what I have learned from Jonathan Schemdts course.
Day 47: January 2, 2019 Progress: Reviewed how to use the checkbox hack, cubic bezier and the ease functions for the navigation section of the landing page that I’m working on.
Day 48: Jan 3, 2019 Progress: I was able to learn how to use a box-shadow generator today, learned the transform property, and was able to finish the animated nav. still conceptualizing a logo for the landing page. Thinking about using GIMP for creating the logo.
Day 49: January 4, 2019 Progress: Working on the popup page, learned how to use the hyphens property and column properties. Still need work on the functionality.
Day 50: January 5, 2019 Progress: Learned how to use the target pseudo class, applied the functionality of the popup window and currently studying how media queries work for Desktop first and Mobile first development.
Day 51:
January 6, 2019 Progress: Currently working on the media queries and setting the layout for responsiveness of the site.
Day 52: January 7, 2019 Progress: Still doing a lot of adjustments with the layout of the site using media queries, it’s really both fascinating and frustrating to learn.
Day 53:
January 8, 2019 Progress: Still working on media queries and color adjustments. Still experimenting with the different sizes and layout of the page sections. Applying what I’ve learned from @jonasschmedtman Advance CSS and Sass Course.
Day 54: January 9, 2019 Progress: Working on responsive images right now, learned how to use the density descriptor and how to apply media queries in html. I still need to do a lot of tweak with the design of some parts of the sections of the pages.
Day 55: January 10, 2019 Progress: Still working on responsive images, trying to look for a way to use resolution switching by creating different file versions of the images that I was able to get from unsplash.
Day 56: January 11, 2019 Progress: Today I’ve learned how to perform graceful degradation for older browser supports, I also started testing the site in different browsers. I also learned how to use the feature queries.
Day 57: January 12, 2019 Progress: Still working on responsive images, currently studied how to use the build process and other npm packages for concatenating css files and adding automatic prefixes. I also checked the particles-js documentation in github.

January 13, 2019 Progress: Today I just watched tutorial about flex-box and tried some of the different properties in codepen, I also read through some of the documentations of the github pages, still learning how to upload my work
Day 59: January 15, 2019 Progress: Today I studied how to use particlesjs and thinking of a way on how I could apply it in my project, also learned how to do custom css variables using the root pseudo class.
Day 60:
January 17, 2019 Progress: I was finally able to find out how to incorporate the particlejs into my header section. I’m trying to play around with it a little and currently reading through its documentation.
Day 61: January 19, 2019 Progress: Finally diving into flexbox in designing layouts without the need for positioning hacks and learned the benefits of using svg icons vs icon-fonts hacks.
Day 62:
January 22, 2019 Progress: Wasn’t able to code for two days, very busy updating powerpoint presentations at work. Today I’ve applied the use of SVG-icons instead of icon-fonts. Still thinking of a better color combination with green and blue.
Day 63: January 27, 2019 Progress: Not able to code for 4days, not feeling well allergic rhnitis giving me headache. Finlly able to apply svg icons, & change the colors of the feature box section. Was able to use flex-box in the project still working on alignment
Day 64: January 28, 2019 Progress: Still working on familiarizing myself with the BEM and currently working on the alignment of the search-box, also used the property focus for some additional animation effect.
Day 65:
February 2, 2019 Progress: Today learned how to use the currentColor property and studied how to enable github pages 2 view my project online. Still working to learn how to link the css files that I’ve created with sass.
Day 66: February 4, 2019 Progress: Did not do too much coding today, just read about github pages and where to download the git book. Still processing how to link css and sass files in github pages. Still working on some tweaks with the design of the page.
Day 67: February 19, 2019 Progress: Wasn’t able to code for 17 days, was finally able to link css to html in github pages still trying to find a way to link the images and javascript. Link to work:https://rodprogramdev.github.io/RogueX-Compute
Day 68: February 27, 2019 Progress: Still working on uploading the image folder of my project, working on studying git through the command line. I learned some git commands for pushing repository from local host to github but haven’t tried it yet.
Day 69: Day 69: March 25, 2019 Progress: Its been too busy at my non-coding job, trying to learn how to push files through git and not just upload them in github pages, was able to finally link the images and videos in my github page. https://rodprogramdev.github.io/RogueX-Compute
Day 70: April 2, 2019 Progress: Currently diving into studying angular, installed angular cli into my computer with a very slow internet connection, my dsl connection is still not working just using a pocket wifi connectio. Encountered this error.
Day 71: April 3, 2019 Progress: Not that much coding just watch some videos still trying to figure out where is the error coming from the installation of the Angular Cli in my Json package. Learned about Angular components (Template, Class, Metadata).
April 29
Today I was able to try my first application for a job as a front-end developer and I failed even before the interview 😦 I really need to focus more on improving my skills and this will serve as my motivation to improve within six months as stated by the attendant. 🙂

Day 73: June 11, 2019 Progress: Trying to experiment with the popup option in my work and looking for a way to include a simple tennis javascript game into it with the use of the canvass element. Still a work in progress.

#Day75: June 13, 2019 Progress: Today I learned about how to make a circle using the Math.PI built in property. Still need to grasps the concepts of anonymous function and how arguments and parameters are defined and called.
#Day76: 6/14/19 Progress: Worked on labeled values. Still need to grasp on how to pass on values and undrstand fully logic on how the game code was written. Developer tool really makes wonder for troubleshooting errors. I was able to insert the game inthe popup.
#Day77: June 15, 2019 Progress: Was able to center the canvass on the popup but still can’t figure out why the paddle dissapears when I place the mouse on top of it. It should move up and down instead of dissapearing going to do more troubleshooting.
#Day78: 6/ 16/19 Progress: Contnued lessons of @ChrisDeLeon. Tested out the code in codpen and the pddle is working, Was able to make it to creating the right paddle and make the ball reset work Once its done going to try including it in the popup option in myproj

#Day80: 6/18/19 Finished the 2hr course for building javascript game by ChrisDeleon, able to create functions 4 whch player won. Planning to continue w/ the other lessons and enroll a course about building other games. My codepen dashboard suddenly is not working.

#Day83: 6/22/2019 Progress: Started my JavaScript course in UDEMy @jonasschmedtman and reviewing the basic concepts of JavaScript. Still working on the responsiveness of the tennisGame project.
#Day84: June 23, 2019 Progress: Still reviewing the basics of JavaScript concepts, reviewed concepts for variable mutation and type coercion, basic operators such as math operators, logic, and typeof operators.
#Day85: June 24, 2019 Progress: Worked onlearning operator precedence. Learned the associativity explanation on how precedence of operators works. Worked on a coding challenge #1 in my UDEMY course.\
#Day85: June 28, 2019 Progress: not much coding this past few days due to busy sched, just reviewed concepts in javascript for boolean logic, how to use the ternary operator and switch operator.
#Day86: July 1, 2019 Progress: It’s been raining here non stop due to bad weather had to clean flood water twice now and was not able to code this past few days, currently working on solving coding challenge 2 in my UDEMY course for javaScript.
#Day87: July 2, 2019 Progress: Today i worked on reviewing the concepts on how to diffrentiate function expressions from statements, and how we can bundle variables with different data types using arrays. Was able to review concepts of array methods.
#Day88: July 6, 2019 Progress: Still working on coding challenge 3, still working on the logic on how to console log the result of a simple tip calculator and tryign to figure out how it would work.
#Day89: July 7, 2019 Progress: Still working on the challenge #3 in my JS course, going to check out if my answer is correct. Creating a function with 2 arrays that would showcase the % of tip given to bills for three diff.restaurants .
#Day90: 7/8/9 Progress: Still working on the concept of invoking or calling functions, also reviewed object literals and how they work. studied this before and need to further delve deep into understanding how it is used and the improtance of the this keyword.
#Day91: July 9, 2019 Progress: Still feel like I need to improve on my logic, having a difficult time with understanding the concept of invocation of a function. Currently working on coding challenge#4 calculating Body Mass challenge.
#Day92: 7/102019 Progress: Understood the process of invoking a method inside of an object literal, reviewed how to make use of a loops. Found out that we can actually skip the curly bracket for the code block if its just a single line of code.

#R1D93: July 16, 2019 Progress: Still currently working on two versions of a tipping calculator while using objects and loops, trying to find out how to implement the use of arrays and methods in the process.
#R1D94: 7/ 17/19 Progress: Still working on the tipping calculator coding challenge and trying to accomplish making a responsive landing page while completing the user-stories in my freecodecamp challenges. Planning to also review how to use git.
#R1D95: 7/18/2019 Progress: Trying to complete the user-stories in my FCC landing page semantics before proceeding to aesthetics. I also worked today on my javaScript course coding challenge #5.
#R1D96: 7/19/19 Progress: Today I reviewed the concept on how javascript code is executed in the javascript engine and how the execution context works.I also learned about the process of hoisting. Not that much coding just watched my course videos.
#R1D97 7/20/19 Progress:Found an article about git in FCC how to use git and the process of pushing files using vstudio terminal. Now I know that you can use this to no longer store files locally and it will directly be updating your github repository while coding.
#R1D98: 7/23/19 Progress: No coding for today just learned how to make use of godaddy for hosting and researching how to transfer A Records of a domain name from one service provider to another. Currently working on a real estate website for my first client.

#R1D99: July 31, 2019 Progress: I’ve been busy doing non-coding work, still working on completing the user stories of the Landing page in freecodecamp. Studying SSL and TLS for security, Rest APIs, Jiri, and Redmine. Will be continuing with the aesthetics.
R1D100: Aug 2, 2019 Today is my 100th day but with a lot of delays in accomplishing it. I re-read the rules of the challenge and now going for a round2 of the challenge. Currently doing review of PHP syntax and will continue my FCC challenge. I need more focus 🙂
